Food From Heaven | Honey, Pollination, Bees & Beekeeping 
In all my years of animal rescue and working with endangered species, beekeeping has given me one of the most fulfilling connections a person can experience. You learn very quickly that honeybees are boss. They are always the first to know what is coming, sensing the dangers that lie ahead for us and our planet.
When you step into the apiary, you truly become a keeper of the light, acting as a guardian of Earth’s survival our Honeybees and our own. Bees are the ultimate key species in saving our ecosystem. Without them, there is simply no us.

Honey Bees and all pollinators play a crucial role in our collective survival. Each pollinator has their specific job in pollinating fruits, vegetables, and more. The honeybee, well, they’re creating honey, leaving behind pollen and propolis for healing purposes and for our survival.
Propolis holds extraordinary healing powers, both internally and externally. Today, at 70+ years young, I still completely love and enjoy working with my bees, harvesting their golden nectar and marveling at how they create this true Food from Heaven. (Lani Mana)
Aloha! Now at 70-plus years young, I am an Angel of Kindness, a Mermaid, and a Voice for the Voiceless. I have always lived life to the absolute fullest, whether as an educator of Cardiovascular Sciences, working patients at my clinics in Hawaii, or doing contract service in the Middle East Gulf War.
After years of rescuing horses, farm animals, dogs, and cats, I continue my rescue work today while diving into the rewarding challenge of beekeeping. Alongside my full-time position, I continue to challenge myself to formulate exquisite, honey-based organic skincare products. To my dear friend, Paul Kenyon, Homeopathic Physician, for creating some of the top remedies for health and wellness. Our wonderful years working together in Hawaii in educating and delivering the best we had to offer. For more than twenty-eight years, we were in primary medicine, community outreach programs, herbal remedies, nutrition, massage, acupuncture, and anti-aging. These practices were our shared specialty for all people in Hawaii. We always kept our patients healthy, young, and vibrant.
